How can the ethical principles and protocols of the Belmont Report address modern ethical concerns and issues in highly technical modern clinical environments?

Thoroughly answer the following questions/statements. Ensure to include a well-formulated responses with a minimum of 650 words. You are required to include examples to support your ideas.
Define the types of leadership styles? Identify at least three top leadership qualities you experienced. What was it that made this person(s) such an effective leader?
Now, identify at least three “worst” leadership qualities you experienced. What factors were involved that perhaps may individuals demonstrated ineffective leadership characteristics?
Part II:
Select at least one of the major sociological perspectives (Conflict Theory, Structural-Functional, and/or Symbolic Interactionism). Discuss the perspective(s) and its relevancy to your response of the discussion prompt with specific examples. Word count requirement: at least 200 words.
Part lll
After reading the two student sample summary/analysis papers(attached), develop a discussion thread by responding to the following topic prompts:
1) Read each student sample essay and compare it to the Summary/Response writing guidelines.
2) Where did each essay successfully fulfill the requirements? Where did each essay fail to fulfill the requirements? How can each paper be improved so that they both fulfill all the requirements of a well-written summary response paper?
3) Closely compare and contrast the strengths and weaknesses of both papers and tell me which one is the better summary/response and why? Use concrete examples to support your opinion.
4) What did you learn about Summary/Response writing by this exercise? What will you try to emulate or avoid in your own paper?
