To whom it may concern:
I am writing to request a review of the decision to deny or revoke access. Although I did recieve the forms/packet to fill out, I only recieved them when I was in wifi range, I didn’t have the resources to complete the information in a timely manner, nor did I understand the big picture of all of the forms, leading to human error. I never intended to “knowingly withold and/or falsify information on the Personal History Questionaire”, I was filling out the forms with no wifi on my cell phone to get them submitted ontime, this led up to a chain of mistakes on my part. I take ful responsibility for the errors I have made in filling out the background check and would humbaly request a new review and the opportunity to work for Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
Sincerely,
Michael Williams

Information systems are too important to an organization to be left in the hands of one stakeholder. In order for such a system to create value that will allow companies to make better business-oriented decisions, a variety of roles need to be involved. And according to our textbook, that is the entire purpose for the discipline of Management Information Systems (MIS). It combines the work of technical specialists in fields such as computer science and operations research with behavioral specialists such as economists and psychologists (Laudon & Laudon, 2022). Using a sociotechnical approach within information systems allows well-rounded solutions to company issues. Computer specialists can use their expertise to capture and generate the data, while the behavioral specialists can analyze the information to create solutions that align with company values (Laudon & Laudon, 2022). Essentially, the two sides create a book. The technical side draws the illustrations and then the behavioral teams writes the story based on the pictures.
Therefore, no one side should hold the reins to information systems. Investing in such a system is an expensive process. Taking a collaborative approach and having a variety of individuals involved in the generation and analysis of data is essential in order to generate more efficiency and higher profits within an organization.

Needing an annotated bibliography done that goes hand in hand with my literature review on the same subject with the same sources that I will provide in documents. My literature review is supposed to be focused on the first two levels of stasis only so I will be making corrections to that but hopefully that helps with the annotated bib.
