Prepare a two to three-page (not including cover page and reference page) paper, describing the communication processes present in your current work environment or an environment you are familiar with. In addition to considering how you communicate, you will also consider what barriers are present that make effective communication challenging.
There are three sections needed in your paper:
The first section should define the types of barriers that exist with citations from your text or other credible sources. In addition, the first section should provide examples of how the barriers are represented and dealt with in your work environment.
The second section should describe team-based communications within your work environment.
The third and final section of your paper should address how your company does or should address intercultural communications.
Your paper should be formatted according to APA standards, include a cover page and references page, and include at least two academic resources. Your textbook can count as one of the sources.
