Our team is creating a maketing plan for one company, and I am responsible for SWOT-Threats part, so you only need to do a SWOT-Threats analysis, and make sure this is supported by research, not just a series of opinions.

Company Background – The Global Society of Women Entrepreneurs (GSFE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and empowering women entrepreneurs around the world. It provides a platform for women entrepreneurs to connect, network and grow their businesses. The organization offers a variety of programs and services such as mentoring, business workshops and access to funding opportunities.
The organization has been active in the market for several years and has established a reputation as a leading institution in the field of female entrepreneurship.
GSFE takes diversity and inclusion very seriously and strives to provide support and opportunities to women entrepreneurs from all backgrounds and cultures. The organization also has a large network of partners, including corporations, government agencies and other nonprofits. Similar nonprofits include the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the Women Entrepreneurs Network (WEN). These organizations also provide women entrepreneurs with support and resources aimed at empowering and inspiring women to start and grow their businesses. They offer services such as mentorship programs, networking events and access to funding opportunities.
Business Environment Analysis: The Global Society for Female Entrepreneur strives to support women to reach their goals. The mission “To empower, inspire and connect women to become successful entrepreneurs and enjoy fulfilling, productive and abundant lives” allows its members to have an insight in the core value of what the organization is trying to achieve. As currently, women play a significantly important role in society. Research shows women re-invest 90% of their income into their families and communities, compared to 35% contributed by male (Theconstellationcoalition, 2022). The participation of women in global entrepreneurship has been constantly promoted as encouraging their engagement is vital for economic growth. Their participation helps especially in improving living standards, and allows them to be more socially independent.
As of this fact, it offers a favorable business environment for the GSFE to continue its mission to engage female business into the society. Women, especially women of color, do not have enough access to funding and investment for their businesses.
While their contribution is ninety percent, only 4% of all small business loans is received to women entrepreneurs (Jokyl, 2020). GSEF business is tremendously contributing to society. Although it is said by our client, Mrs. Robbie Motter, that the organization welcomes all participants regardless of gender, their mission in giving support to women in entrepreneurship has brought a fruitful operation to society. Supporting them means allowing them to have the opportunity to invest and reinvest in their businesses and training.
GSFE is having a good business environment as it is working together with its competitors as a team and a family. They support and care about each other. This is a win-win practice that focuses on people, especially women who would like to be trained and supported their businesses expansion. However, there are some leggings that GSFE would like to improve more.
Mrs. Robbie stressed in the interview that she does not want GSFE to only run in California. She was hoping that the programs could open to the world. “We want California to meet the world, and we want to meet California ” she said. With that being said, we can analyze that the Global Society for Female Entrepreneurship is still local, but has the ambition to expand worldwide.
