Case Study “Identifying Luxury facilities/amenities”
Utilizing the AAA Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide as your sources, choose five facilities and/or amenities common in a deluxe/luxury property. Answer the following questions in your paper
1. What are the five facilities/amenities chosen for your paper? Provide a brief overview of each.
2. Why are these types of facilities/amenities offered in a luxury/deluxe brand and not in midscale or moderate property?
3. How are service levels impacted due to offering these types of facilities/amenities? Include an introduction as well as a conclusion. Consider listing specific properties in your analysis as a compare/contrast.
• Your paper will be 5 to 6 pages total in length, following APA 7th edition format (typewritten, double-spaced, 1” margins, Times New Roman font size 12, etc.).
• Please do not use the questions from the case study as ‘headings’ in your paper.
• A minimum of three (3) APA formatted sources is required, not including the textbook. Be sure to cite your sources following APA format.
