Students in this course are embarking on a path to advance their nursing careers. In order to transition effectively, students are to develop a plan for their chosen career path. Students may either conduct an interview with a nurse in the same or similar position to which the student aspires or conduct a web search to gather information.
This nursing role must be a position requiring a BSN or higher degree (i.e. nurse researcher, nurse leader, nurse educator, nurse entrepreneur, nurse as a political advocate, nurse practitioner, nurse informaticist, etc.). This information will be organized into an engaging PowerPoint presentation (maximum of 20 slides).
